Hi Everyone!! Happy Saturday!!

Hope you are all having a good evening! mine is ok. I am now sick after taking care of my sick son, husband and 2 dogs, it was a crazy and long week. I am now getting ready to take some medicine and crawl under the covers, but before here is my card for today. My sister asked me to make her a card for a guy friend for valentine's day so I tried to keep it simple and not too girly, hope she likes it.

Hi Everyone!! Happy Wednesday!!

Day 4 of the sneak peaks of the New Riley's that will be released tomorrow from Riley & Company.

Today I am using mixing bowl Riley, perfect for b-day cards!

I added some stickles to his chef's hat and baking items in the bowl. Finished it off with some pearls, and flowers.

yesterday was a super crazy day so I had to combine my card for two challenges and sneak peek.

First Is Riley & Company Challenge this week challenge is:  Global Belly laugh day, so make a punny/funny birthday card, with ribbon & 2 embellishments. I am using Reading Riley he will be available on Thursday Jan 26th.

The second challenge is Scrap-Creations Challenge and this week its a sketch:

I changed the diamond to a square. I kept the card simple again, added feather, button and paper pieced the couch. Found the quote online it says When a new book is published, read an old one!

I am a day late on Riley and Company Challenge! this is the first challenge for 2012  hosted by Kelly Santi.
